With the juncture of two major four-lane highways, U.S. Highway 82 (east-west) and U.S. Highway 49 (north-south), Sunflower County is ideally situated for the distribution of goods, products and services. In addition, Sunflower County lies almost midway between Interstate 55 and the route for the new Interstate 69. This will further strengthen the potential for successful distribution operations.
Sunflower County is served by most major overnight express companies, including FedEx, UPS and DHL.
